Underneath the fruit lies complex base notes of flint, vanilla, nutmeg, and cardamom. Surrounding all these aromas is an open sensation of freshness, like a wave crashing upon the shore. That saline component is mirrored on the palate, complemented by juicy, mouthwatering acidity and a long mineral finish. Rounding out the palate are flavors of crème fraiche and toffee offering balance and the desire for just one more sip. This wine is a perfect white to be enjoyed year-round.
